American Legion World Series
The Florence American Legion Post 1 baseball team just came out of the losers bracket to beat Wilmington 10 to 2 and will represent the state of SC and the entire southeast in the American Legion World Series. They will play Brooklawn, N.J Friday at 8:30 pm and it will be on ESPN3.

Will be watching. I know Timmonsville made it in the 60's but didnt win the championship.

Florence putting the beat down on Illinois right now on ESPN3. It is 10-2 in the bottom of the 9th. Oh and the Florence teams colors are garnet and black.
