More opportunity for LeGree and Christian. I think LeGree has a chane to be a star and I am real interested to see Christian dedevelop. He is very similar to Hampton imo which bodes well for SC.

Is it possible the guy might have a Hernia? Get him scanned check all chances of what could be wrong. Stuff like that shouldn't keep coming back.

our sports med staff is more than qualified to know whats going on with him and provide him with the proper treatment and rehab... and actually yes groin strains by nature are chronic and not easy to get rid of and come back often with activity

Sucks about Auguste, but hopefully he's able to come back in a week or so and be ready for Vanderbilt. Won't get my hopes up though.

Also, I'm not too worried about the scrimmage. Overall, it seems like we've looked pretty good all around so far, and I'm sure there will be other scrimmages to allow them to get things corrected.

Groin strain/pull is just as bad as a high ankle sprain. Both have different levels of pain depending upon the severity. It can be OK in a couple of weeks, or last all season.

Coach Ward said that Dixon Jr and Dukes will be ready to play at DT this year, saying that Dixon Jr has done well. Good to hear. Hopefully both will be able to contribute significantly this year.

Honestly we don't need him until the Mizzou game. I'd rather him let it heal properly and miss as much as the first 3 games, than rush him back and have him injure it to the point where he misses the entire season.

Not good news at all, it means it is in his head. That is almost as bad as the injury itself. I want to see him play as much as the next guy, but he is going to have come around and stop thinking about it.

Not knocking you or Spurrier but when have we ever heard Spurrier come out of a practice, scrimmage or a game for that matter and go well we did everything we wanted to do there were no mistakes and we are AWESOME! Even if we have a great whatever Spurrier will always find something to downplay it b/c well the man expect perfection and I love that! I have gotten use to Spurrier always sounding so so about our guys 80-90% of the time.

If the offense is good, then the defense is lousy......pre-season posturing.
