I think maybe we'll eventually get two smaller boards and put them in the opposite corners from 301 and 509

Whenever CBS chooses there game for that week. Usually ESPN is quick to come in and choose after CBS.

The SEC slate that weekend is fairly light. I would say the biggest competition for the CBS timeslot is LSU/Auburn. CBS doesn't have a chance to drool over LSU before then, they likely are leaning towards that game.

My bet is the night game on ESPN. Only thing I see working against our favor is that Mizzou plays the ESPN night game the week before.Definitely my preferred time slot so we can give Mizzou their first night away game in an SEC stadium!

Vanderbilt at Georgia that weekend also. If I had to bet I'd say LSU at Auburn is the 3:30 CBS game, which leaves Missouri at Carolina and Vanderbilt at Georgia in either the 12:21 SEC Network game, with the other in the ESPN night game.

The UGA-Vandy will probably be a SEC network game. Vandy will probably have 2 losses, and UGA will most likely Crush them. Mizzou will be the better game, and would most likely gain more viewers.

Now. Back on topic. Work on the back is about to get going again. I still have a hard time believing it will be completely finished cosmetically by week 2.

While I agree it seems like its just too much to get done in such a short amount of time, it doesn't really have to be complete cosmetically, as long as it is functional.

Which is why they have stalled the work on the back, to make sure it is operational.

No, it's not just you. They moved it back like 4 or 5 feet it looks like, judging by where the old 'University Of South Carolina' lettering and speakers sat. The old board was directly above that, where it's out in front of the new board by a few feet.

That's what I thought. Maybe that will help sections 301 and 509 see it better. I sat up there for a few years, and I was always disappointed that I couldn't see replays and such.

I have a roll of Gamecock duct tape. I can have the Mu'er Fu'er ready in 2 days. All it'll cost ya is a hundred dollars and 2 cases of beer. I beat that's a lot cheaper than what their paying these "engineers" to do it.
