Weslye Saunders suspension
This might be old news but this is the first I'm hearing of it. Just watching the steelers preseason game and they said he's suspended for the first 4 games of the season for PEDs. Any more info on this?

yeah, it happened earlier in the year..
apparently it was some sort of drug he was prescribed that he didn't know was against the rules even though I'm a steelers fan, and having him on the team is awesome, I thought it was just an excuse and felt that he'd probably get 86'd. However, it seems that it was legit and that he'll just take the punishment. Kind of weird how it died out.. but hey, it is what it is

he really looked promising in the limited time he got and the buzz around the fan base was pretty good I hope he can battle, stay out of trouble and succeed

I'm a Steelers fan and have remained a Weslye fan throughout all his issues. I hope he can serve out his 4 games and get back on to continue to make an impact.

This is just another strike against him. If it truly was an accident then it is what it is, but when you have his track record you better double check everything. His last year here he made himself look like a jerk and needs to work just as hard on his image and his game.
