Add Andre Goodman, Terry Cousin, and Kevin House. Brad Edwards had a great NFL career s well.

It is said to hear of their injuries... but, this will give the back up guys time to really fight for the postion and prove to the coaches that they are the man for the job.

Any word on Carson's return? I see Auguste at 4-5 weeks but nothing on Carson.

It sucks, I kinda saw them being the "thunder and lightning" (or any other overused running back tandem term) where one is a bruiser and one is a speedster.

I just read on the practice update that we are down to three healthy back, Latti, Miles, and Davis. What happened to Wilds?

sprained ankle should be back by week 2 or 3.

Well if the backups don't get actual game experience then you don't know what you have at the position. I think the Auguste injury may be an overreaction seeing as how the guy was a non factor last season. I trust our coaches and there ability. They've recruited the players and Ward and company know what they have in there back pocket. I guess we'll see when we see.

Christian has been doing mostly noncontact due his concussion which I understand will stop. He will be practicing full speed tomorrow. I heard that Jimmy Legree would be the starter if AA is out but that was as of today. May change when Christian is going full speed again.

what sucks for you guys is the fact that the LB's may have to play soft now to help the secondary. that is if nobody steps up big. that would surely be a slight blow to the aggressive stance that Ward seems to have in mind. hope it turns out well.

Carson really isn't very hurtful. He is a sophomore and granted he is an extraordinary talent, we have a kid by the name of Mike Davis that will be chomping at the bit to get to that #2/3 backup role. Not to mention Wilds, Miles, and Salley. Auguste hurts and this is why I made a thread about his "Injury Bug" a couple weeks ago. I still think that we are deeper in the CB rotation than pple think. There will be some DB's being moved around because of this, we have plenty of talent to fill these holes guys...dont cont this CB crew out just yet

I know Cunningham and Anderson are 1 and 2 and Owens and Rainey got banged up. Did something happen to Adams??
