I'm going to the game and have never been to a game at Clemson, so I sure hope they win. In fact, I've never been to this rivalry game ever. If Clemson wins, it's going to be a hellish time.

Clemson was the first team FSU played with legitimate speed. FSU was really surprised and caught off guard, once they adjusted to it it wasn't alot more left for Clemson to do.

Rethinking it and reading some posts that brought up valid points we are going to win this game. However, a few that no one mentioned are these:
1) The 2009 class is undefeated against Clemson and I guarantee you they don't want to take an L against Clemson their senior season.
2) Spurrier and the trash talking. Spurrier is going to have this team ready because I honestly believe that his confidence has been trickling down to the players gradually and he won't say anything that we ain't capable of doing. The response Dabo had after the game last season I think really irritated Spurrier and is going to coach one of the best games he coached.

This game is going to be fun to watch. It will be interesting to see how much we have improved from last year since I feel that the entire season we really haven't been tested aside from an overrated FSU team. Dabo better have the boys ready, I'd rather win/lose a close game then get blown out of the water for a 4th year in a row.

When you factor in schedule, a lot is too strong. May be better probably more accurate. Neither are very good at all in MHO

Hopefully our RBs come out and play out of their minds for this game. Kenny "clemson killer" Miles always shows out well, and Mike Davis should have some extra motivation playing at Clemson for this game as well with his brother/dabo dilemma during his recruiting process.

I expect to see us run wild over them, and hopefully avoid a shoot out by controlling the clock.

I admit that the Troy game factored into my statement. Makes me worried about the explosiveness of our offense. If it were an SEC team, that would be one thing. Troy. They are only about as good as a bottom third of the ACC . . . and that level of play is pretty pathetic.

Don't forget that our team was pretty devastated, in shock, and emotional over the Lattimore injury. Don't discount the effect it had on our team in that game.

The Clemp defense is a lot better.

I don't necessarily think this is true. We are better coached and the defense has gotten a lot better as the season has progressed. However, that D last year had som great players on it. We lost 3 players that were drafted in the first 4 rounds and did not have the guys to replace them. In saying this, I think the SC defense last year was better as well.
