Bama's D
Mettenburger ended this past Saturday's game with 298 yards...could've easily been 300 if Hill would've moved north/south instead of directly to the sideline on the second to last play.
Hill also had 107 yards rushing. My question is if anyone knows the last time Bama gave up a 300 yard game to a QB and a 100 yard game to a RB in the same game? |

Garcia had 201 through the air.
This will be tough to dig through. Found a few where QBs passed for 300 but RBs did not have 100 yards rushing

The best thing was that the passing success shut Danielson up about his theory about 20 passes is the only way to have success against their defense or whatever insane crap he was talking about. Dear me, oh my, I wish CBS would replace him. I can deal with Verne, he's just old, but Danielson is horrible.

I skimmed through past schedules on espn (only goes to 2002)
Couldn't find it. Utah had over 300 yards passing but not 100 rushing

I've dug back to 2003...the closest I can find so far is Jason Campbell for 270 and Cadillac for 214.
