moving the cameras are most likely, although tv likes to shoot at the benches. I don't see the student section getting moved unless a major reseating takes place similar to what happened with football.

That has been bothering me so much ever since, well... forever!

There's no reason why we can't get our student section on camera... Excect for last year, CLA has been a pretty cool place to watch a game and it gets pretty loud all things considered, but you'd never know that by watching it on TV.

I can't wait till we're relevant and can get that place going crazy

anyways, the whole band says "spurs" when the player receives the ball for the free throw, but there are two trombone players that say "spurvey says" as a Price is Right joke.

as far as other cheers, (when I am at the games) at 4 fouls I hold up four and everyone yells "fooooooooour" and then when I cock my hand back and then forward again everyone yells 1 more.

at 5 fouls, i hold up 5 fingers and yell "fiiiiiiive" cock my hand back, and then count "1, 2, 3, 4, 5... bye bye. Don't go away mad, just go away!"

when the other team travels, we sing the melody from Take the A Train by Duke Ellington and after we say "walk, you walked, cheater." and then someone may yell out Next time take the a-train

all of the other cheers I start it is just on a whim. my personal favorite that i came up with is just random yelling in short, loud bursts.

When I was in pep band, the issue was that the upperclassmen would never take any time to teach the cheers to the new guys. It would always take a few games for everyone to get the hang of it.

The student section needs to follow the band. They know what they're doing.
