I'm excited for this basketball season. Not only for the Gamecocks and Frank Martin's first year, but for college basketball in general. I think it will be a fun year and looks to be wide open as to who will win the national championship. I think any of the teams in the top 10 have a legitimate chance to win it all.

Now, I know there are a lot of teams that are saluting our troops by playing on Aircraft Carriers and at an air base in Germany, well my question is, why aren't we? Do we have to get an invite? I think it would be great to start the season out on the USS Yorktown playing Notre Dame or Marquette.
