I realize that the word is he's coming here but in the end its a teenager and his choice could change at any time. I just find it strange how he has spent more time at UGA than he has here. I hope you are right.

DL Keith Bryant of Miami has four remaining official visits to take and named USC as one of them. Bryant has been committed to Miami but continues to evaluate other schools. "I took an official (visit) to Purdue," he said. "It was way better than I thought it was going to be. People told me things about it and I liked it a lot more than what I expected." He plans to take his other visits to USC, Oklahoma and Florida State. "I might go to LSU for the other one," said Bryant. He named USC, Miami, Florida State and Oklahoma as his top schools. "South Carolina sends me stuff all of the time," he said. "I really like that. They tell me they want me to come in and disrupt things in the middle. I like them a lot." Bryant did not name any favorites but did say he remains committed to the Hurricanes. His visit to Columbia is planned for January.

Hope he was watching the UM and UVa game. If so he certainly has to see just how bad Miami is. The U is a mere shell of itself and I just don't think they will be back any time soon.

There is another instate kid, Jordan Berry (I think), that probably won't get offered but it would be great if we could get him in as preferred walk-on. Apparently, he is a player that has some good upside.

There are more spots than 4. The numbers always work out. Some of it might come down to IF someone commits before someone else. There are several scenarios that could play out with that.

Some things to remember are:
We haven't even offered Strong, Booker or Durant yet.
We lead for Taj Williams and David Williams.
Na'Ty is coming to USC (99% sure here).
We are in Yannick's lead group, but it's crowded. I like our chances though.
K. Bryant is saying different things to different people. He's telling the Canes he's 100%, but he's still taking visits. IDK what will happen with him.
G. Bryant...funny how William's recruitment is messing with Bryant's. Bryant has us and Auburn as his top 2 on 247sports. If chizik and company are fired, maybe we get him, if he has a committable offer.

Josh Low of GCC and Tony Morrell of TBS talked to the coaches this past weekend about Brendan and feel very confident he will sign with Carolina. If the coaches feel good about him, I'm not sure why anyone on here should feel less confident.

ATH Mykal Moody of Conway had planned to make an official visit to Marshall on October 27th when the Thundering Herd hosted Central Florida but says the trip has been pushed back. "To tell you the truth, they keep telling me they want me to come up for a good game but we haven't settled on one yet," Moody said. "I'm still going to go though." Other schools have begun to show more interest. "Things are going really well right now with Miami, Texas A&M and Georgia Tech talking to me more," he said. "They're all telling me they like me and want me t o visit. I just talked to Clemson yesterday and they wanted me to come up this weekend. I don't think I can make it but they also want me to go when Carolina plays there. I'm definitely going to make that one." Moody says he could possibly visit Miami, Georgia Tech or Texas A&M but that an offer greatly increases his chances of making one of those trips. He did not name a favorite.

Oldish update ..

DL Montravius Adams of Vienna, GA says his plans for this weekend are not finalized but that Clemson is his probable destination. When asked if he was visiting the Upstate Saturday he responded, "Most likely. I'll probably decide tomorrow afternoon sometime." Adams is also considering a visit to Auburn. Talking about Clemson he said, "They want to meet my mom and everything like that". Adams will wait until after the season before narrowing his list to five and says that could be a while. The playoffs have not started for his school and he believes they will go deep into the playoffs. His last visit was to Georgia for the Ole Miss game and he has named both schools as programs of interest along with the Tigers. Adams mentioned USC as well. "I like South Carolina," he said. "I'm going to try to visit them." He did not name any favorites.
