Anyway, I'm glad you dont have to wait until a certain level before you can jump into HC. You can go from Rank 1!

I use the mini map a good bit. Not so much for the UAVs but so I know where my team is so that I can stay away and flank and predict the spawns for the other team. I usually don't like to play hardcore until i know the maps well. With the reduced health, knowing where I am going is one less thing to worry about.

I guess I switched from hardcore when MW2 came out since most of the people I had played with starting playing mainly groundwar and I've never been a big fan of it. Hardcore sucks playing by yourself since usually the randoms never talk to let you know where people are camping.

It is fun though when you have a good group. I still have a core group of on my friends list that plays only hc and they try to take over a lobby to weed out the douchebags.

Campers are mad because ghost has been nerfed. You have to sprint to not show up with ghost.

They have done a good job on the last couple of launches, at least on the PS3. The only problem I can remember is that on one release you couldn't party up for a while until they patched it. I can't remember which COD it was.

The servers for MW2 went down soon after the launch. People wasn't able to get on for a while.

I think that was the one I was thinking about. To be fair to me, I hope they crash for a week so I won't get left too far behind due to my baby business taking up the first week of gaming time.

I like both but HC is definitely more fair if your connection sucks, because you don't have to shoot the other guy 10 times and he only has to shoot you once. I do like to run n gun on core if my connection is good that day.
