Bowl Projections - Page 10

More than likely, there will be several 2 loss SEC teams for one BCS slot.

LSU
UGA
UF
SC
AM

SC only needs to worry about one thing: winning convincingly in these last two games. Barely beating Wofford ain't gonna get it done. Put that game away in the first half and the younger guys can finish it off.

Then beat Clemson's ass badly for the 4th straight yr. That's the only thing we can control over the next 2 weeks.

UGA will lose to Bama, UF will lose to FSU (hopefully badly) and we should jump both. With the way we travel, if that very likely scenario plays out, I believe we will get that slot. It's all about the dollar and we'll be high enough in the BCS that we will be a serious contender for it.

No chance we jump LSU. FSU over UF is unlikely. Hope ur right, I'd love to be proven wrong. Also, Texas A&M is now relevant and has the best win in NCAA football so far this year and they got Johnny Football. It's not over though and anything can happen.

What the Cotton Bowl wants is for Texas to keep winning for a UT and A&M match up

Jerry would love that match up... maybe even install some more fake seats and try and cash in on the game much like his super bowl seating fiasco.

The Cap One Bowl gets first pick of non-BCS SEC teams and they want A&M in a big way. So I doubt they will be available for the Cotton if the Cap One has its way. Assuming Bama doesn't get into the Championship Game, I believe they will be in the Sugar, LSU or UGa will get the Fiesta, A&M in Cap One, whichever of LSU or UGa doesn't get the Fiesta will go to the Cotton. We will be fighting it out with UF for the Outback/CFA/Gator. That's how I see it shaking out based on what i know.

In most "expert" projections, we are in the Outback vs Wisconsin/Michigan or in the Chick Fil A vs Miami.

Money is tight this year, and I would love to make the trip to Atlanta to play The U or someone from the Acc. Rematch vs Fsu wouldn't be bad either.

Yeah, given their lackluster attendance and what happened last time they played in the Peach Bowl, I imagine not many people in Atlanta would be thrilled to see the U roll into town.
