Ok, this just hit me (18 months with a toddler that wakes up 2-3 times a night will wreck your memory). I don't know when it was during the game, but didn't Connor run out of his shoe at one point? Seem's like it was a play near the south endzone, IIRC.

So...in other words, someone speaking the truth will get reprimanded. hmmmmmmm. Maybe they should think more about supplying a better product. Free speech can be a good thing. And by the way, it is not Under Armor who manufacturer's the shoes. They have a company in Taiwan or Korea or even possibly China that produces the product and puts Under Armor's logo on it. I was right. With 10:54 to go in the 4th, on 3rd and goal Connor ran out of his shoe and was promptly sacked for a 12 yard loss.

Connor limped a good bit in the second half.

When he went out for a play he had just been hit low by a UT player. Later in the next drive he continued to get hit low after the plays were over, once even arguing all the way down the field with the ref about it.

The refs never stopped it.

I had a class with Shaw this morning and he said that his foot was "fractured". Sounds a little bit more severe than a "sprain" but he was able to play on it during the game and with a week off I think he will be fine for Arky.

That is just plain stupid.

It would make a lot more sense to simply cast Connor's foot in molten lead and have him statue up in the pocket. He would be forced to make every throw regardless of protection or receivers being open. Plus, it would be good conditioning to have Patrick and Cann take turns moving him with the chains on downs.

Let's get rid of UA and go with ADIDAS. Apparently their apparel (UA) isn't too good of quality under stress. I haven't heard anyone complain about busting three pairs of shoes until Connor tweeted it. Now he has a hurt foot. Just saying.
