Early signing period starts tomorrow (Nov. 14)

for most sports . Just about everything but football and soccer I think . Looking forward to reading the press releases in the next couple of weeks for softball, volleyball, and men's and women's basketball .
Baseball, for some reason, did not issue a PR last year . First year I can remember that they didn't . Their commitments usually get picked up by the various web sites as they happen anyway . Of course with baseball signees, you still have to worry about the Major League draft in June .
I've heard some names in all the sports I follow . Looking forward to seeing what they say about them .

Whittle does a great job keeping the baseball commitment list up-to-date on The Big Spur . I don't expect any big baseball surprises .
I just saw on the news where Dawn Staley's recruit from Dutch Fork , Alaina Coates, will sign Friday night . Dawn has at least one other commitment, and there was also a big-time guard who visited over the weekend who hasn't committed anywhere yet . Softball has paperwork in for three so far, including a couple of potential impact players . I know some names in volleyball ,but don't know much about them and I haven't seen any volleyball tweets yet . Frank Martin expects all three of his to sign by early next week, if not sooner .
