He's definitely an athlete and he plays with a mean streak. I read on TBS where he ran in the 4.6's.

I read on TBS today that Tony Morrell said we will probably take 4-5 more. Since these guys are EE, the only number we have to be under is the 83 (including our penalty), or is it 85....I can't remember. I think that's right. ETG do I have that right.

I don't understand, was this not an option for Akia Booker? I mean everyone said he'd have a huge list of offers if he was a qualifier. Why didn't we try and do this with him?

New update on Kornblut's site sounds very promising. Camped here and did very well, apparently. Will be an outside LB/DE for us, although his coach thinks he can be a great TE. Phil mentions he has a chance to qualify, which either means we've discussed with him a) prep, b) greyshirt, or c) we know we're going to miss on someone.

Good upside here.

Sometimes in HS you have to play a guy out of position due to need. Hell, Lou played our best LB at the QB position for years.

IMO, this kid will become a DT. A very aggressive kid who happens to play for the school no one wants to travel to....Havlock is in BFE ...

If he goes to FUMA and gets the grades and class work taken care of will he come in next season? The reason I ask is because Lawing wanted him and with him now being at Florida could he get Vickers to sign with them after his classes are done at FUMA or is he bound to South Carolina now that he actually signed today?

FUMA protects their investment. Vickers will be protected unless he chooses to open up his recruitment.

We will place him at FUMA, which means he will be protected by the staff there unless he indicates to them that he would like to reopen his recruitment.
