Just my opinion - and could be completely off base - but seemed his commitment was one of the cases where a guy was just trying to 'hold a spot' in the class if you will. In the summer there was a lot of talk about various schools (Bama, Tennessee, UGA and even SC if I recall) cooling on him and not necessarily wanting to take him. Then it seemed like all of a sudden SC jumped to the top of his list and he committed within a short period when previously he had been favoring a few other schools and not really saying much about Carolina.

I believe he goes on GA campus.....I also believe our coaches that say he contacts them before he goes anywhere and has been totally up front and honest with them the entire time.

We have about the same odds of hanging on to him as we do in signing 2014 QB Drew Barker. We are nothing more than "Plan B" for both of them. I wish he would just switch and get it over with than keep dragging out the inevitable.

Very disappointing but the writing has been on the wall for awhile now with all these visits to UGA he's been taking. Staff has been extremely lenient with those, which is their usual stance on that topic I suppose.

5 star talent with potential attitude issues. I would gladly take him but when you're looking at Williams or Bryant its a win win situation. In reality Williams gives us an elite change of pace back that we haven't had since Derek Watson and the back we thought we may have with Jarvis Giles. Greg Bryant is along the lines of a Mike Davis or Marcus Lattimore in terms of style so stylistically it makes sense to go Williams over Bryant despite the rankings. Again win win situation as long as we get 1 of the 2.

We have the new Mike Davis and he runs similar to Watson.
