Position by Postion: CU vs USC

Who is stronger by postion?

QB- With Shaw injured and Boyd running well, I think Boyd. Clemson.
RB- With Lattimore injured, I fear Ellington. Clemson.
WR- Clemson.
OL- Toss up. Advantage home team?
DL- USC, for sure.
LB- USC
DB- USC
Spec- Toss up
Coaching- ?
Momentum- Clemson

I don't like the conclusion this brings me too. I think they have momentum and advantage. We are going to HAVE to be more physical and are going to have to get off to a quick start. And our schemes on offense and defense need to out coach them. I think Clemson is hungrier than we are and has more momentum. I hope I am wrong.

Sorry, I was just going off of every single poster in the SC game thread that said Spurrier is a horrible play caller. Are you the one SC fan that thinks he makes great play calls?

A healthy Shaw = healthy Boyd. Neither are particularly impressive, both potentially implosive

Let Clowney get to Boyd about three times in the first quarter. After that, along with added pressure on him- he will fold him like a lawn chair. Then the noise won't matter much, because Sammy and Andre aren't going to get the ball enough to out score what their complete lack of defense brings to the table.

It depends on rattling their QB's cage from the get, then staying on him so our offense gets to take their time out there. That's gonna get real tiring- trying to yell at that. I don't predict the loud night everyone else is.

It all falls apart if we walk in and drop the ball in their hands though. That or if us being held for the entirety of the game continues as per usual!

Well a fumble inside the 5 and a INT inside the redzone on two different drives when you only have 4 drives in the first half and 1 drive in the 3rd quarter (our 2nd drive that started in the 3rd quarter resulted in that field goal near the start of the 4th), that is how.

and Clemson gave up 600 yards and 48 points to a team that averages 400 yards and 27 ppg and who got blown out by Virginia.

TOP affects all offensive stats, including yards. Didn't Clemson struggle with Wofford just last year? Seems kind of silly for you to run your mouth if so. No point in talking at this point anyways- we will settle it on the field in a week. Grow up.
