Class guy. Too bad it didn't work out. Maybe he can drop down and then reboot. UT is a hard job right now especially with the kiffin era penalties/character problems. They wanted a rock star hire the last time and everyone told them "no thanks".

damn, he made tennessee an easy win for us. Hopefully they'll hire another bad coach in the post fulmer era...they're 2 for 2 so far.

Agreed! I'm tired of hearing people talk about Gruden like he's a slam dunk hire. For the last 5 years I've heard he is the hottest coach on the 'free market'. Why? Because he won a Super Bowl his first year at Tampa Bay in which the system and players were already in place, and then proceeded to regress every season after that until he was fired?
