We fell 3 spots from #9 to #12, bud. They made room for Stanford in the Top 10 and we fell past FSU and Clemson.

As soon as I saw this I was mad. Then I realized how much the culture has changed. To be ranked in the top 12 in the BCS near the end of the season and be upset about it made me laugh.

bcs is bs. kstate should have fell out of the top 10 cause baylor was unranked. i hope ugay falls out of the top 10 when they play bama. how the hell is fsu ahead of us still? if fsu beats florida will they fall out of the top 10 probably not. season over. nothing left but beat clemson. getting a good bowl is over.

FSU barely beat VT 28-22 yet they jump up 4 spots. I guess Jumbo crying last week really helped him out.

I guess with the exception of LSU they are putting one-loss teams at the top regardless of who their loss was to. I rally felt that K-State losing at home by a large margin to an un-ranked team would hurt them, but I guess not. Its hard to argue about Stanford. But I fail to see how Texas A&M can be rated so high above us when they lost to the same teams at home that we lost to on the road and while they beat Bama in Tuscaloosa, we did beat the dog crap out of uga. We just have to win next week in a convincing manner.

So they dropped us 3 spots for beating Wofford 24-7 and moved Florida up one for beating powerhouse Jacksonville State 23-0? uh...what?

At least we played a FCS conference champion, while UF beat a mid pack OVC opponent. WTF.

It's hard to argue. We lost two, albeit to the #4 & #7 teams. But still, we lost. Looking at the standings, the teams ahead of us all have 1 loss or fewer with the exception of three.

aTm (which beat Bama), LSU (which beat us and aTM) and Stanford (which beat two Top 15 teams in back2back weeks and played the current #1 team in Notre Dame to a tie - and probably got cheated by the refs).

Going into the last weekend of the regular season, they are all sexier picks. Memories are short and they forget we gave the current #3 team its only loss. Had we pulled it together for any one of our two losses...we would be where Uga is. Going to the SECCG with the chance to beat Bama and go play for the National Title against Notre Dame.

Think about that. In 2012, we literally were one game away from having destiny in our own hands with the ability to play for the national championship.

My $.02... they had to move FSU & Clemson up because the BCS looks foolish if they have a #10 or higher team playing in a BCS game with #4,5,6 's playing in the Cap 1, cotton bowls. The system is flawed- and it's trying to make itself "look" right, even when everyone knows it's not. I see UL moving up, and the big 10 champ probably gets a big jump after the championship game just to make the automatic bids look more credible.
