Yes, you are right. Slow stretching after work outs or runs can help your flexibility. It is best not to stretch when cold. Because of the knee's design, if it is hit from the side, it displaces the knee, usually causing at least one ligament tear. I do believe some players are more likely to have this happen. Ancestors make the body.

wow...impressive highlights...he blew up so many plays. I also liked the one of him chasing down the WR from behind showing great speed and he appears to have good hands as well on some of those catches.

It seems to be mostly Gamecocks trying to get him to come here than any other fan base on his twitter. Plus, I read a recent article on how Bryant would be a better fit at Carolina than Auburn and FSU. FWIW

Honestly I don't think his "attitude" is the reason we aren't going hard after him (assuming we aren't). It's just that we already have guys that fill his role - Wilds, Carson, Latti, Davis, Salley, Smith are all every down backs...and we don't have a large surplus of open spots for this class.

Would it be a smart decision to pass on him? I don't know, I'm not an expert but he does seem to have elite talent. And the "attitude" thing is an internet message board rumor that I don't think anybody can really substantiate...kinda similar to the Alshon is fat and lazy epidemic that we saw for a while.

If we land him/the coaches accept a commitment, I'll be thrilled. If not, oh well. He'll probably be making plays somewhere and everyone will say "omg we should've taken him" as if he would certainly be outperforming anyone else on our roster.

Okay, Carson has had two season ending injuries and still is unproven. Wilds has a had a few good games, but he seemed to wear down fast. Salley also had a knee injury and is unproven. Smith hasn't even stepped on the field yet and will most likely RS. Lattimore will miss next season and only has one more year with us. Davis looks to be legit, but what if he gets injured? Right now, all of our backs except for Davis or coming off injuries and/or unproven. God forbid we have another year where our backs drop like flies, we need someone that would be able to handle the load and play hard against some tough SEC defenses.

So your solution is to add yet another RB that's thus far unproven.....which wouldn't change one bit if the RB we add is Williams....
