Sudafed if you don't mind showing your license to buy it. I use to use the triple action before they discontinued it. Now I'll just get the strongest one they have. Knocks it out pretty quick.

Sudafed if you don't have High blood pressure. Also an antihistamine Like Claritin, Zyrtec, or Allegra, can be taken along with the sudafed. If you have signs of infection, you'll definitely need an AB.

If you think it's allergies, then take something like Zyrtec and don't quit just because you feel better. Zyrtec is a med that has to build upon itself to keep being effective. If you think it's just a sinus thing then use Mucinex. Nasal sprays are good, too. That stuff is great. If it doesn't go away in a week or so, go to a doctor because you may need an antibiotic. I went thru this last year and didn't go to the doc in time and I ended up with a throat & sinus infection. My doc put me on an AB and prescription nasal spray. I hope you feel better soon!

I've had multiple sinus infections over the last several years. Nasal sprays can help temporarily, but if the condition persist for more than a week, get to your doctor, or visit a local day hospital. Antibiotics and the cortisone nasal spray are about the only things that work when I get one, and both require a prescription. Don't put off going to the doctor if there is no improvement.

Go to the pharmacy and ask for something with Pseudoephedrine in it. You don't need a prescription, but thanks to the meth heads, you have to show your driver's license.
