What we really need is a damn QB coach that will fix Cam's mechanics. Throwing off his back foot all the time makes me sick. No wonder he has no accuracy on mid to long range passes. IMO he will not progress as a QB until this issue is corrected. How hard is it to step into your throws? My god....

Something has to be done about Beason. The guy is constantly getting hurt. What about Williams and Stewart? When was the last time either of them had a 100 yard rushing game? We need a healthy balance of run and pass with a better o-line and we're fine. The D is okay, but like I said, something needs to be done about Beason.

We are way over the cap for next season, there are going to be a lot of blowing up in the off season.

Chip is coming to the pros, and with that he will want to go somewhere with a mobile QB. only opening I can see is Carolina.

Jim Harbaugh says hello. Greg Schiano isn't doing bad in his first year either.
Chip Kelly would be a better hire than anyone I can think of right now. Especially with someone like Cam as the QB

This. Obviously Kelly's style is different than those guys but at this point he certainly couldn't do any worse.
