Ok...... here is the deal...... In effort to make the bets "combo bets", I did not give consideration to the possibility of a tie on one portion of the bet, and winners on the other portion of the bet......
Therefore abandoning the bet would not be appropriate, and ties have beat treated as a refund in the past..... therefore I have made the decision in this case to treat this as a win for everybody! Merry Christmas early! Future bets will have to be made either separately, or with the stipulation that a tie is the same thing as a loss...... as is the case in the real world......
