I've always wondered if a team would give the opponent the ball when they deferred to the second half. Say USC wins the toss and defers, do you think Clemson would give us the ball to start both halves or just take it when they have a shot? I do think a defensive stop by either team to start the game would be a huge momentum boost, but I don't know that the risk is worth the gain.
