You should contact Kevin "CHIEF" Hendrix if you want good stories. Man that dude hated CLEMSON then and hates CLEMSON now. Even his team mates had stories about him during those years. The guy was a beast! I remember him playing with a broken arm his senior year. Always had great games against Clemson.

Eric Cooper was a walk-on offensive lineman in the mid 80s (84-87 I think off the top of my head) from Lugoff-Elgin

I'm 38, from what I remember Jones Andrews was a WR that was supposed to be the next big playmaker @ WR & tore his knee up in Spring Practice(85-89), can't remember exactly, but remember his career was cut real short, someone we would have been in the record books if the medical field would have been advanced as it is now..

Good find and even better read. Nice to see everyone still hanging around with good memories. Just think about the players Spurrier has had here & when they get to talk about his legacy years down the line. They are the ones who have contributed so much and have paved the way for a really good future.
