I don't think DJ realized Ellington was hurt because it was a clean hit. It may been the ground that hurt worse than DJ's shoulder pad. Ellington took two hits on that play.

DJ did say he was going to go out his senior season and just try to have a lot of fun playing football. He certainly accomplished that goal. He's gotten a couple of flags along the way, but his swag has had an immeasurable impact on the personality of our D this season.
