I don't think we are in it for any of those 2013 guys. Some of the. 2014 though. Bone from Woodruff would be a nice big WR that we need.

We may not be on their list but that may have ended their caring about that school to the northwest

FWIW, one of those 2015 recruits was there to watch us, not Clemson.

Last time I checked their class they had only one O-lineman, and he was barely in the top 100 at his position. Their top DT is also a 3-star who got terrible reviews after hitting one of the combines this summer. So what I'm saying is that this class is shaping up much like their other classes under Dabo- lots of highly rated skill guys and few guys of any note on either line.

He will be good, but there isn't a next Clowney. 2014 DE Hand is pretty nasty though.

Hand is probably the closest thing to Clowney the last few years, yet still won't be Clowney. Blackshear may be a top player in his class in SC but he is not the next Clowney. Nkemdiche looks a lot better than he plays on the field.

Just because a prospect is not the next Clowney does not mean he is not a very good player. Clowney is a very rare, exceptional, once in a decade type talent.

This is true, Clowney was pretty much a #1 pick in the NFL coming out of high school. Just a freak of an athlete.

UGA has 30 commits right now. I know there is a limit of 85 total schollies..Generally everyoen brings in 25. I know the SEC has a limit so will UGA have several placements, jucos, grey shirts??

Kids who EE do not sign a LOI.

The 25 rule is only with respect to LOI signed.

If they have 31, that means they have 6 kids that are enrolling early.

They are well under the 85 limit this season so they have the room this year for a monster sized class which is exactly what they are doing.

Blackshear will be called the Next Clowney given that he has a good shot at being the top SC player in 2015 class and he is a DE. I am not saying he will be the Next Clowney, I am just saying he will be called that as will every great DE prospect especially one from SC.
