I used to get 2-3 per year until I started daily Zyrtec. When I do, the netti pot works best to clear them up along with mucinex DM. Rinse out with the netti pot morning and night and take the micinex Dm as directed and for a couple more days after you feel better. Hope this helps and good luck!

The mayor of poundtown lives. Sudafed and saline nasal spray seemed to work. I'm in the process of getting over it but the symptoms such as clogged ears, pain in the face and teeth, etc. went away quickly.
