I have been there & it is a dump. You've obviously never been to many NFL stadiums.

I had a great time at the outback as well, good area too. Didn't care for the outcome but yes the early kickoff time did make tailgating less than desirable. Isnt the gator bowl kickoff close to the same time though?

I'd never thought about how many NFL stadiums I've been to.

But I can recall 8 and the Gator bowl was comparable or better than all of them.

But I'm not really sure why comparing NFL stadia matters. It's not like we have a chance to play a bowl game in Seattle this season.

But when discussing locations that we might actually play in... The Gator bowl is a much better stadium than the Citrus bowl, and Tampa is 8 f'ing hours away from Columbia.

So yeah, I'll take the Gator Bowl and not complain that it isn't Jerry World.

It is defiantly better then the Citrus Bowl I will give you that but compared to the Outback bowl the Gator bowl stadium lacks.

Well at least it's not 2010 at the papa johns bowl. Bad stadium, bad weather, shady area. Anything in the sunshine state on jan 1st will work out for me.

I think another bowl win would help us regardless if in the dome or not. After some sad bowl performances over the years and one good one last year, I think building up some consistent post season W's can help us look forward to bigger and better things.

I think so too, but Chicfila and not only do we get to get used to the dome for SEC champ game.....we get an easy opponent in the dome to get used to the feel of things......unless that ACC team happens to be FSU which I highly doubt.I would like to play Clemmons in the Chicfila but that wont happen
