Was there some issue with Vic with a Clemson fan(s) on the field after the game? Read something on Tigernet where they were calling him out because of something.

He has enough of a resume to go if he wants to. CB's seem to be graded more on combine #'s than game film.

Really hope he comes back. It's obviously his decision, but I think another year of college football would be great for him.

Really hope he comes back. A little bit worried about our secondary and lb's next year, his experience will be huge if he returns. Big props to all those guys in the secondary against clemson, Hopkins might as well went on back to the locker room and showered and changed into his street clothes after his td catch.

Every guy we have going to the NFL is a recruit magnet for years to come if they make a roster and hang around the league. I'm all for him getting drafted, if there's a good chance he'll go higher than 5th round. Sucks to lose him, but we want kids to know playing for us can lead to pro careers.

BTW, Ellis never thought this kid would amount to anything on or off the field. I heard him say it myself. Hopefully he IS indeed doing good things off the field. Have fun, but do it cleanly, the New Carolina way.

Word from Tony Morrell on TBS says Vic has some work to do to get back on the team next year. He wouldn't elaborate. He never said anything about him announcing for the NFL....didn't think that was a real possibility.

News, no. Just going on the fact that I don't think he would grade out in the top five rounds, not in this class at least. Hype and film get you on ESPNs draft shows. Combine numbers and professional analysis by teams scouts get you drafted.

According to him (on Twitter) he is coming back in 2013 and knows he has work to do in the classroom. I think someone talked to him in time that he didn't pull an E. Cook.

Wouldn't be surprised if those cops get fired for taking a pic with vic. I noticed the officer in the background hating on them hard!

^^ I'm pretty sure they wouldn't get fired for that. A simple picture? The State of South Carolina has more to worry about than 2 high-ranking cops taking a picture.
