they aren't as good this year as they have been in recent years. missouri beat them in orlando this year

9-3, 7-1 in conference this year with a 2 point loss to Tulsa, 5 point loss to Missouri, and a 15 point loss to Ohio State. Definitely don't seem like a team we should overlook, but will beat them comfortably if we play to our capabilities.

i went and explored it when i was down there for the cap 1 bowl. it is a big campus, very spread out it seemed even though there were nothing but university buildings.

Yeah, the campus is located in pods all over the city. It is the total enrollment though, not the campus area, that is #2 in the country.

I am friends with a few really hardcore UCF fans, and know a decent amount about what's going on with the team... They recruit pretty well, which I see just getting better and better, their fan base for the most part sucks, they enroll 40k students but can't fill their tiny stadium. Tailgating for the most part can only happen before the game and actually happens on campus, and you for the most part can't tailgate by your car you need to carry your stuff to the tailgating area. And they hate George O'Leary. It will be a fun game to go to and weather should be perfect (hope for a night game though). Their is a lot of eye candy, and their goal is to wear as little as possible.

I don't know about comfortably. I watched the second half of the game with Ohio State and it was a 6 point game in the fourth quarter and UCF had the ball. This game will be no slouch. Really odd scheduling.
