Well, we can discuss this issue and put our heads in the sand in regards to the facts if it makes you feel better.

Petrino had his fall from grace and is looking for someone to take chance on him. Right now, he will not get an offer from a program who doesn't have MAJOR issues. Auburn is getting ready to get the hammer dropped on them by the NCAA (and yes, even though they could never prove it, expect a little 'extra' for all the Cam BS). No matter how great Auburn's tradition is, it doesn't change the fact the most respectable coaches would not touch Auburn with a 10 foot pole right now.

Speaking the truth doesn't constitute bashing.

Despite his shortcomings as a human being, he has no football related infractions....his "violations" aren't governed by the NCAA. He would actually be pretty clean by Auburn standards.

Above all, he can win. If not at Auburn or NC State this year, he'll coach again somewhere, just hope its not in the East or at Clemtech when Dabo goes.

Exactly, nothing that has anything to do with NCAA infractions. In NCAA enforcement eyes he's cleaner than Kiffin, Tressel, Davis, Calipari, the list goes on. The NCAA has nothing on Petrino. Divorce attorneys or employment discrimination lawyers yes, but not the NCAA.
