I swear, I just finished watching his post game press conference. And I had the same feeling as last week.

Well this city is known for its football, so its not shocking that most of the sports reporters here dont know a thing about basketball. The minor league BS is over. Frank's here.

You act like we've never had good times in basketball or big crowds. It hasn't been that many years since we were getting 17K+ for most SEC games.

It's been a long time since Gamecocks basketball has been a big focus, that's what I mean. Frank is a big time college coach, and over time he wants to build a legitimate program.

I'm guessing he is referring to the first question of the Rider post-game press conference. The reporter asks about Rider's defense giving the Gamecocks trouble and Frank blasted him (and apologized about it). It was funny.

It was mainly because David Cloniger is a huge dumb ass. I mean he is one goofy mofo. He is the dude in high school that always hung around making stupid jokes that no one thought were funny that you could never get to shut the hell up. He is annoying as hell. I talked to Cory Burkarth a few years ago and he said that pretty much every single USC media member can't stand David Cloniger because he was so damn annoying but everyone was to nice to say anything to him about it.

That may be the case but no one can dispute that he is probably the most annoying media member in the state. I have heard both Mandy Mitchell and Cory Burkarth say it in person that they think he is a nice guy but can't stand him because he is so damn annoying.

And I don't understand how media works...and what the staff at GGC does isn't journalism...it is news reported through rose colored glasses.
