It's apparent now just how big of a hole Horn dug us in. Bad, bad hire. I'd rather have just kept Odom but we have the right coach. Just going to take a mammoth recruiting job to get us competitive but C-Mart can do it.

This is going to be an extremely difficult season for the team, coaches, and fans. The complete lack of any post presence, combined with marginal talent at best, means that most games will be a real struggle. Honestly, I don't even feel frustrated watching this team, I just feel...sad.

We did lose two good players from last years team...... Harris and Gill.........

With those 2 guys we could have had a decent year I believe with Martin coaching.....

And yet, I can watch this team play ball. Last year's team, I couldn't stand to watch b/c of how pitiful the coaching was. At least this team has a gameplan; they just don't have the talent or skill to execute it.

We have a bad team right now. Maybe it will improve some as the season goes along. But this loss today was really disappointing to me. I'm finding myself already looking toward next year, and wondering how we can open up a scholarship or two for the spring recruting period. I wish all of our players much success in life, but sadly, we need to upgrade some of our talent, and I would not be too disappointed if one or two of our underclassmen decided to pursue opportunities elsewhere. I would love to get the Johnson kid (transfer from Villanova) and a post player.

Not sure I understand the shock or surprise. We all knew this was going to be a horrible year because of the empty cupboard that Horn left us. Even if Coach K came down on a cloud we wouldn't be much better.

This will be a footnote year to FrankMart's eventual climb up. Just relax.
