I have been to BoA Stadium, and sat in the upper deck, I agree that you have to try to fall off of those ramps.

Wow, it takes a lot of effort to actually fall from the ramps at BoA Stadium.

I hope he recovers, but clearly he was doing something stupid to put himself in a position to fall. Those ramps are very safe.
