They site that same report that was posted on taternet. This article reeks of butthurt. I already e-mailed the people that compiled that report with a link to the USA Today article about the 39% figure being inaccurate. I actually got a pretty speedy response from them and they said they had some people looking into it. We'll see if it gets corrected.
