Over Eating on Thanksgiving

I would just like to gage how much people had to eat on Thanksgiving. I am only interested in quantity not quality or variety.

1. Ate an appropriate amount and felt very comfortable after dinner.
2. Over ate somewhat and was slightly uncomfortable.
3. Over ate enough to feel very uncomfortable.
4. Over ate so much you could barely breathe.
5. Over ate so much that if the house caught on fire, you couldn't get out alive.

I pick #1. I cooked most of the meal and sometimes when I slave in the kitchen all day, I end up not wanting what I cooked.

Neither if those things ever happen to me because my wife wouldn't trust me to cook for Thanksgiving, and I always over eat on holidays.

#2 you have to over eat a little on thanksgiving. I think that ties in with thanksgiving traditions.

2 for me. I really should not have done it, but with my family doing a pot-luck style thanksgiving, I didn't want to be rude and leave out somebody's dish.

No worries though. I am making up for it with a stricter diet and exercise in between the holidays.

Last time I hit a #4 was after the Citadel game in 1984. I had eaten before the game, then during the game and finally after the game. That was misery right there, y'all! Lol

2. Helps make sure I get to bed on time and not drink in excess. Christmas however, will probably be switched around. Family gets crazy.

I guess 2...but I did put a hurtin' on the sweet potato casserole...the one I made for lunch and the grandmother(in-law...)made for dinner...then some thee next day.
