Conference play will tell us how good or bad both theses teams are. I thought Clemson was better than what I watched last Sunday. Carolina with the exception of losing to Elon has gone as expected for the most part.

Actually the basketball team put up a lot more points against Jacksonville than I thought possible. Especially in the first half.

Both clemson and Carolina are bad bball teams right now. Fell better all you want but there's no reason to expect anything out of our team this year and next. We're a 2-3 year project.

Unless you're gift-wrapped good talent like Darrin Horn was after Dave Odom was fired:
Devan Downey Zam Frederick Dominique Archie Mike Holmes Sam Muldrow ...the first year of a new head coach typically sucks in college basketball. And that's because individual talents like that can trump the fact that each player on the team is basically a freshman learning a new system. The team is clearly better than last year, but in 3-4 years this team will be a NCAA Tournament team.
