DL's first TD against Southern Miss was a thing of beauty. Shaw threaded the needle and DL just plucked it out of the air. That play showed a lot of promise from both players at the time.

Sucks for him that his college career (and football career for that matter) are over.

He may have not got all the catches, but he was a part of the team for four years. It's not like he went out there and intentionally dropped passes. I'd like to hope he'll continue his football career elsewhere.

While was not all that high on DL, I wish him success in the future. By the way will this make a scholarship available for 2013 or was he already gone.

Already gone, he was a senior. To clarify, he hasn't been kicked off the team, just suspended for what would have been his last college game so his career is effectively over.

I hate for D.L. Moore to have to miss his last college game. I always liked the young man and thought that he would "step up his game" and became the player that we all thought he could be, especially this year. I wish him the best and hope that he will succeed in whatever he does in life.

I think what he was the most unhappy about was the exam schedule screw up. Today was a wasted bowl practice.
