Didn't realize he was 50 but the precidents set it poor. If you are going to have gender separate sports than this shouldn't happen.

I'll say yes, but only because s/he's post op and on hormones. She'd be at a physical disadvantage to men, and I think by the time you go through all of that therapy the advantage from previously being a man is negligible, plus, it's women's sports, and as long as they aren't a big money maker this is relatively trivial.

chromosomes should be the basis. If you're XY, regardless of gender identity, you should be considered male and in male sports.

Even with other mutations eg Xo, XXY etc. the presence or absence of the Y chromosome should be the determining factor. It is straight forward, black and white.
