Pretty crazy to put out preseason top 25 predictions when no one knows who is going pro yet. Really, these rankings shouldn't start until after signing day b/c you can't even come close to guessing a roster for each team right now.

They are just predicting what the AP poll will look like at the beginning of the year i think.

They are accurate on the teams actually in the top ten but not their ranking inside the top ten.

Stanford and Oregon will have new head coaches. Both are headed to the NFL. So I dont believe they will be ranked that high.

I saw this and thought "only 10th". A couple of years ago I would have been thrilled and giddy to be ranked 10th. Man we've come a long way.

Too early for sure, and the preseason poll is usually way off. I think Clemson will lose Boyd and Hopkins to go with Ellington, Freeman, Ford, Goodman, and Wright. We are losing more, but our defensive and offensive fronts just seem stronger, and should hold us up more than theirs with the changes. Their young linebackers should be stepping up. I'm hoping we can fill most of what we're losing at LB, but it's a lot of production and experience to replace.
