it really shouldn't. we only rotate 4 lbs and the first two play alot. Playayers want to play. its the fans who need to dial it down. the fan wants all these big time guys but forget about them while they arent playing..that is a limited position.

I will give you three more. David Johnson and Larenz Bryant. I am really high on both these guys even though they are Freshman. I also spoke to a buddy of mine yesterday who is on Staff at USC and he said look out for Marcquis Roberts this year. He has added good weight and is someone that gets lost in the shuffle when we all talk LB's for whatever reason. We really need Coop and if he is ok I think those guys along with Kaiwan Lewis are guys that can get the job done. The Spur position is solid as well.

Do we play Lewis/Holloman on the same team? Do we split them up and give each team 1 scholarship LB? Or do we just make them play LB for both teams?

It's going to be interesting for sure especially if cooper is out.

Roberts will still be rehabbing right. I think Rainey will go ahead and make the switch by spring

Many kids are hitting the weight room early in an effort to enhance ability. I know some young ballet students using small weights right now.

Awesome, this is terrible news for next year.. doubt he would even play in the bowl game anyways, he is unneeded for that. CRAP

You've probably heard this before but it seems it needs refreshing. Football is a violent, physical endeavor where joints (knees, elbows, wrists, ankles, etc.) are at extremely high risk. No more for our team than for any other. You cannot eliminate the risk but you can mitigate it by having extra bodies so that when one goes down, you can insert another. Now the NCAA rules that limit the number of schollie players that you can have on your squad in any given year has severely complicated this so that a LOT of teams find themselves short on bodies at times (usually later in the year) and having to make do with what they have. Want to help with this, call the NCAA and bitch about it to them since they are the only ones that can do anything about it.

Mason Harris came in as a LB from high school. They need to switch him back from DE to that position.

Kelvin Rainey played LB in high school. Surely he can see that his chances for playing time increases immensely switching to there than hoping for playing time against Anderson, Adams and Owens at TE.
