The only thing I would be worried about is them trimming too much off. Now that I have that out of the way, let me say I will be trying the Rioz in MB when my family goes this year. It sounds like my kind of place!

I've been to the one in Orlando. It is quite good. Their side/salad bar if much better than many offer.

I love churrascarias..ive been 5 times in brasil..they cost $8 ameican..even the desserts are all you can eat.. i need too do tdb since one is right by my house.

Been to the Texas de Brazil in Washington & Richmond, and I've gone to the one in Dallas probably 6 times, and every time they were all great. Expensive but awesome and most of the time it was on the company's dime, which is my favorite dining plan. It's cruel that the salad bar is so damn good.

1. Porcao in Rio de Janeiro-My first experience and it was amazing
2. Fogo-Ive eaten at Fogo's in Atl., Chicago, Houston, and KC. I think Fogo is the top of the line in terms of service and meat quality for American churrascarias.
3. Chima in Charlotte-Very comparable to Fogo. A little slower service.
4. Rioz at myrtle beach-A small step down, i thought, from Fogo and Chima.
5. Small place in Greenville (forget the name)-Good meat, terrible service.
6. Cowboyz in Spartanburg-Pretty sad attempt at a churrascaria. The food was decent but the service was very slow. The waiter's kid kept coming to the table asking him when he was going to get off, haha. I could also see back in the kitchen where some workers were eating cheeto's and our meat server was hugging our waitress.

I love brazilian style steakhouses. They are my absolute favorite places to eat in the world. 10-15 cuts of meat and endless. Such a better deal in my mind than one 35 dollar steak somewhere.

Been in Spartanburg a year now and there is another one just opened up 5 miles from it also. Different name though. Best one i been to was called Rios or Rioz in Myrtle Beach ! Fantastic!

Angelo's is decent, crabby mikes is garbage. Ride down to murrells inlet and try Lee's Inlet Kitchen for seafood.

Its basically an all meat buffet that they bring to your table. Cool thing is I see one is coming to Columbia Jan2012 called Cowboys Brazilian Steakhouse

Been to one in Orlando and it was great. Cowboys Brazilian is a chain and it absolutely sucks. Don't get too excited to over pay for their bad food.
