Grumpy Old Fart
|
I saw this on Living Social and had to go for it. I got the $91 deal for $35 although they have a $19 deal as well. I'll use fresh milk from local farmers. I'll start with some goat cheeses and go from there. I'l come up with some sort of Gamecock cheese. Maybe garnet dried tomato and black truffle specks. Here is the deal: https://www.livingsocial.com/deals/5...p&rpi=98192234. This is the company that makes the kits: http://www.standingstonefarms.com/default.asp. This is the kit I got. I has a video of the gal showing how she makes it: http://www.standingstonefarms.com/Pr...ULTIMATE%2DKIT. They also raise their own Nubian goats.
