Our chances with Ngakoue are not high, to my knowledge we've never been his favorite. When he visits hopefully we can flip him, but his home state school is pursuing him heavily, he has friends there, and they are moving to a better football conference. My opinion, but I am expecting him to choose Maryland. Hopefully I am wrong.

The issue is that he cant currently enroll at USC until he finishes more classes at JUCO.

Coaches are getting desperate. I guess since they cannot recruit who they want they will try and finagle a borderline student into the university.

Don't get me wrong I would like to have Goldon but this just shows that our coaches do not believe they can find anyone else to say yes to them.

Good question, but his saga has always been dramatic. We wouldn't let him enroll at the beginning, right? We definitely could use him now.

He did call us, and he was committed earlier in the year.

I say sign these kids we have and call it a day,i dont think we will see another commit before NSD and HOPEFULLY start fresh with the 2014 class with k Crosby jr and whoever wants to be a gamecock.

We are not in great shape. We're in decent shape right now, but it could be better. What baffles me more than anything is how we can't land another LB. We're an uprising school in the SEC, top 10 program, tons of national recognition, giving recruits a chance for early playing time, but all of the LB's we're going after are looking the other way. Do they know they're going to be buried in the depth chart? Our recruiting tactics evidently are not effective.

There is more to picking a school besides a depth chart also.

I see Rodgers for sure 100%, I Know what I said a few post back. Man it's just been so frustrating lately in our recruiting area with switches and can't even land a juco Player.
