The hell it would. Dabo is a hell of a recruiter on his knees, give him the ability to say "come here, play 3 years, win a national Title, and go to the NFL" and recruits know it's true, idc how horrible a head coach is, if he brought in top notch coordinators, it wouldn't matter, he'd get the same quality players and more of them. You know his tactics work, everybody wants a little sexual release. Lol

My Alabama relatives tell me Kirby Smart is being groomed for that job in the event Saban leaves. They realize Dabo's offense will not tranlate to NC's and thats what Bama is all about.

Head coaches matter as Spurrier and Saban have proven. Bama was not strong when they had Shula and others before Satan. They would also not be able to attract the best set of assistants under Dilbert. They could still recruit with Dilbert but not any better than they do now, but would not performn as well on the field.

Bama is too strong and smart to hire Dilbert. Everyone but the morons in Pickens County can see through Dilbert's BS.
