There are no hard feelings towards Quinton. I'd love to have him here and would hope Spurrier and club would welcome him with open arms. That being said, there is no indication that he is unhappy with Michigan. He made the choice that he thought was best for him. If he still believes that, than more power to him.

Yeah Junior Hemingway went to Michigan.
Huggins was the receiver who went to Oklahoma. I think he was from Conway. I don't know happened to him though. |

I dont really see QW leaving Michigan. I doubt you will find a high school coach in SC (or just about anywhere in the country) that demands as much from his players as Art Craig does (all within the rules though) so having to work hard in practice is nothing new for QW. I had the pleasure of watching him in high school (I graduated from Timberland in '04, actually went to school with his brother) and would have loved to see him in garnet and black but hope he does well at Michigan (which I have no doubt that he will).

Patterson, Washington, Hemingway and Carlos Brown (RB from GA) were all players that chose Michigan over the Gamecocks. I hope they all are enjoying Michigan.

Interesting that since we are playing Michigan in the Outback Bowl, Washington is facing the Gamecocks. I was going to post this in his original thread, but it had been locked. If you remember his recruitment was very intense, to say the least.

Junior Hemingway had a decent college career. He's probably one who doesnt regret not coming to USC since he would have been overshadowed by Alshon and Ace. He was a 7th rd draft pick last year so atleast he made it to the league.

Found him. Transferred to Newberry after his redshirt freshman year. I feel like there's been a pretty high bust rate for big time recruits leaving the state- Dunlap and Montgomery being notable exceptions.
