That is a link to the picture of it.

It lists names of certain players that don't have great work ethic and self centered without self responsibility. He says he won't answer questions about performance numbers or characters since they only care about themselves.

Thought it was pretty interesting move. Perhaps, it was a motivational technique? Anyways, thoughts, comments?

This is legitimate and not new, for those wondering. Its a routine thing with names continuously added or taken off, so don't view this as these players did something so bad that the coach got fed up and put this on there. They certainly failed to do something (could be as simple as failing to reach a goal), but its mainly motivational.
