The Washington (D.C.) Friendship Academy linebacker has shown exactly why he's been targeted by Miami, Florida State, and South Carolina in addition to Maryland. The four-star 'backer has been one of the more physical defenders in action at Georgetown this week.

Uncommitted LB Yannick Ngakoue of Washington, DC is playing this weekend in an all star game in his hometown. Thursday he told reporters he has a final four of USC, Maryland, Florida State and Miami. The former Terp commitment has taken an official visit to Maryland and in January will visit Florida State, USC and Miami, in that order. He plans to take all of his visits before making a decision. Ngakoue will also play in the Under Armour game.

There may not be a more improved player in Alabama as a senior than the speedy Cunningham. The 6-foot-4, 200-pounder is quick, reactive, fast and very physical for his size. Also a cerebral player with the ability to learn and take it to the field, Cunningham possesses a high-ceiling with the frame to carry more than 230-pounds in time.

Moody has offers from Pittsburgh, Purdue, Syracuse and others and the Panthers received an official visit on the weekend of Dec. 7. Moody projects inside long term and is ranked as the No. 45 defensive tackle prospect in the 2013 class by 247Sports.

Crowder is playing out of position this week, but that hasn't kept him from shining at tackle. In college, he'll be a guard or possibly even a center. So credit Crowder for helping his team out and not complaining. One thing is obvious, Crowder has some of the quickest feet of any offensive lineman in his class. And that is why he is very good when pulling, and at getting to the second level.

Physically, this isn't someone that makes you say, "Wow." He's only about 6-feet tall and carries some bad weight in the waistline area. That said, he still found a way to impress. Crowder's flexibly is off the charts, and once the ball is snapped he's about as fast as a 300-pounder can be. Crowder's footwork is surprisingly good for someone with his frame and body structure, and he does a nice job quickly getting leverage, and driving his hands/body into the defender.

OL Tyrone Crowder of Hamlet, NC has named Clemson and Georgia as his final two. He plans to take official visits to both schools. His Clemson visit is scheduled for January 11th while his Georgia visit has not been scheduled to date. Crowder's most recent visit was to the Upstate. "I went down to the Clemson-South Carolina game," said Crowder. "They lost but it was still a good game. I had a really good time." The Tigers continue to show Crowder a great deal of interest and have been the only program by his school to visit him of late. "Yeah, (Clemson) came by but Georgia hasn't," he admitted. His decision could come before National Signing Day. "It could take that long but I don't know if it'll take that long," he said. Crowder says his final two schools are even.

OL Tyrone Crowder of Hamlet, NC is down to Clemson and Georgia and will spend the next few weeks trying to figure things out. Clemson has been recruiting him the hardest but that has not been enough for the Tigers to put any separation between themselves and the Bulldogs. Crowder will visit both in January and go from there. "I want to see how the visits go and see what's the better aspects of the whole thing," Crowder said. "Clemson is really just recruiting me harder than Georgia." Crowder has set his official visit with Clemson for January 11th. He's not yet set his date with Georgia. He plans to wait until Signing Day before announcing a decision.

Though Crowder may not look like a BCS lineman, he plays like one. He had good technique when pass blocking and was very strong when run blocking. Crowder even showed mobility when he pulled on traps and counters.

On the hoof, Miller physically looks more like a tackle than an end. He's only about 6-feet-1 and weighs somewhere in the 260-pound range. But once the ball is snapped, you can see why he prefers end. Miller has nice quickness and explosiveness, and is good at dipping his shoulder to get around opposing tackles.

Gaffney DE Jaylen Miller recently was offered by the new Tennessee staff. “They are trying to get in the picture,” the Shrine Bowler said. He also has offers from Duke, North Carolina, Wake Forest, NC State, Georgia Tech, Florida, LSU, Kentucky and Maryland among others. He has set official visits to Wake Forest for January 19th, Maryland on the 26th and NC State on February 2nd. Miller said Tennessee, North Carolina and Georgia Tech are also possible for visits. There is no favorite. Miller totaled 27 sacks this season.
