Damn that video has me pumped up for the game. I hope Coach Ward stays with us until he retires. He just seems so level headed, has had a great first year, and what I love the most is that he makes adjustment about as perfect as you can. You come in with a game plan, and then tweak to what a team is doing that day. It can't get any better than that. Soo many coaches are hell bent on being stubborn and sticking with something even when it doesn't work play after play.

I wasn't excited about the hire when we kept him on, but I'm a big fan now. I like anyone who proves me wrong by showing me results. I hope we keep him as long as those results continue. Keep paying the man what he's worth, and he just might stay.

Huge fan of Coach Ward. His football IQ is off the charts and he knows how to get through to his players. He also lets his coaches coach. My favorite line from that interview was something to the effect of 'nothing positive comes out of Coach Lawings mouth towards Jadeveon'. Coach Lawing knows how to get through to his guys too. Love this defensive staff.

The more I listen to Coach Ward, the more I am inpressed with him. I can see why our defensive guys love to play for him.
